“We’d secured funding to replace old electric storage heaters with new Air Source Heat Pumps. Thermatic Homes successfully installed 74, 5KW Daikin Altherma Monobloc Heat Pumps in our properties. With the successful delivery of the scheme, Thermatic Homes was appointed as the main contractor for the scheme, carrying out additional Heat Pump installations and the repairs and maintenance on these systems. Although working through the current pandemic, Thermatic Homes have successfully attended any call outs, within our agreed times.”

“Unitas are proud of the quality of the work carried out by our own directly employed, local workforce, so whenever we outsource packages of work it is vital, we get a reliable contractor who can deliver the work to the same high standards our tenants expect. Thermatic Homes delivered this electrical package in a safe and reliable way for us, and we have found the knowledge, skills and support provided by the team at Thermatic Homes to be of great value as the sector adapts to the challenges of increased compliance vigilance and environmental sustainability in our housing stock.”
